RVA is excited to launch our Spring Training Program! This 10 week program will allow athletes to improve their individual skills and build their knowledge of the game! This training academy will feature skill and positional work along with team tactical training that will be put to the test by playing in game-like drills and match play. RVA Training Supervisor Quan Scott will be leading WTP! We are accepting ages 12 and up! We will be dividing by age group or by skill level. For example, if a 14 year old is at the skill level of the 16s, they will move up. (16 & under, 14 & under, 12s group)

Rhythm Volleyball Academy (RVA) is pleased to offer this 5-part instructional clinic series created to help prepare middle school and high school age athletes throughout our community for school tryouts. Training is the key focus to this series and leadership is the distinctive element to it!

Rhythm Volleyball is pleased to announce this unique training opportunity for community athletes to train with some of our area’s top collegiate coaches. All players are welcomed regardless of club or school affiliation. Each University will host a themed based 2 ½ hour instructional session designed for athlete skill development and acquisition.
